I've wondered all season long why he's not the number 1 back, but then again, I thought Josh Jacobs should be starting rather than Damien Harris.
When Cody blocked that kick, my buddy, a Marine, fainted. I was jumping up and down and screaming, and looked down to see him face down in the peanut shells. I didn't pause to help him up.
One good season and a Vandy fan is giving football advice.
We are cousin humpers. But all our cousins are LSU fans.

My son was raised a Bama fan but went to AU for their aerospace program. He is now a doctoral candidate and is still a Bama fan.

Maybe your squadron wasn't, shall we say, top notch.
You should read more than just the comics.

Cops undergo extensive background checks, physical examinations, psychological examinations, being tased and maced, and the equivalent of Marine Corps basic training just for the privilege of being underpaid and verbally abused by the scum of the earth.

Sad to hear. Oddly, I still think of him as a Bama assistant coach. I remember being PO'd that he went to the barn after all those years on the Bama sidelines.

The point was, and is, that a protest by millionaires at a football game during the national anthem is neither the time nor the place.

Sorry, but you lost me at Jay Barker. Couldn't throw a football in the ocean standing at high tide.
Not to worry, the career 31 - 33 (prior to Burreaux) head coach O will right the ship ...
But the Marlins organization organized that firing squad ...
They need the mythical slave whispering in their ear, "Remember thou art only here because of Burrow!"

I lost respect for Bowden when he asked if the fans wanted him to win with thugs or lose with 'a bunch of Boy Scouts on the field'.

And don't forget Bowden's general inability to put hardware in the trophy case. He said of other NC coaches:

"I'm the guy who made all these other national champions possible. I made Fulmer a national champion. I made Spurrier a national champion. I made everybody one."

Is that the coach you're pining for? Not me.

"That sounds humble more so than whiny. Dabo cries to the media about not getting respect and such, he doesn't say humble things like that."

It's the opposite of humble. It's the Southern way of belittling your opponent.

You all must be too young to remember Bear's "We'll be lucky to win" press conferences about every opponent we ever played - from Tennessee to Tennessee-Chattanooga.

And if Saban retired tomorrow and Dabo announced he's coming, you'd all be typing with one hand.
Not criticizing. Pointing out the obvious:

Career before Burrow:
31 - 33
No championships or titles of any kind at any level.

With Burrow:
25 - 3
One SEC West title, one SEC title, and one NC. Coach of the Year.
Career before Burrow:
31 - 33

With Burrow:
24 - 3

I had that in mind when I started the post, but I couldn't remember the game!
