I've wanted "chair backed" individual stadium seats around the entire stadium for a while now. Like what is in the club sections, similar to pretty much every Pro stadium. If that reduces capacity to 70,000ish, so be it (might be less, just a guess). Maybe keep the student section bleachers? ...
