Really... That doesn't sound like an effective way to manage.
In regards to the question about who would I have used, it seems like Cain did an adequate job. Yeah, I know about hindsight. But, I still believe that how a pitcher warms-up has a direct impact on how they perform.
I believe in this team and the coaching staff. However, I believe that there is room for improvement.

OK.. I understand that everyone doesn't bring their best stuff everygame. But, shouldn't the coach be able to see that when the pitcher is warming up in the "bull-pen". I can't believe that he had his stuff in the "bull-pen" and then lost it when he got into the game.
Or, are the Tigers in the position that they just don't have anyone else? I say BS to that.
Question: Does the Tiger pitching coach watch while our relievers are getting ready to enter the game?
