re: Tankless Hot Water Heater

Installed a gas Takagi,T-K3, in my house, in 2008. Love it. Does require dedicated 3/4 in gas line. Never had problems yet. This unit does require electricity for the spark. In case of power outage, I installed a "Battery Backup", found in the computer section @ Wally World.
I have a Bosch(from Lowe's) electric unit @ the camp. Just 2 of us, 4+ gal./min has been plenty, since 2005. Requires dedicated circuit. No problems yet. Never going back to tank.

re: Lifetime License - Do they typically have a license number on them?

An agent told me that if you were born before the Hunter Ed requirement, you get the zeros. Younger licensees have their hunter ed #s.

Replied on O-T, I know you said Cognac, but I gotta say "Cardinal Mendoza", Spanish Brandy is awesome and will fit your budget and thrill your mouth! We're cracking 2 of them tomorrow...can't wait! A fine Port to follow for sunset @ the camp, Thanksgiving afternoon. Enjoy1
re: Pig Roast with Cajun Microwave: I need help.

Name the pig, Pig Floyd, John Luc Pigard, etc. Stuff everywhere with garlic, inject with butter added to mix, rub in and out with Pigstand Basting Sauce, Tony's and additional injection liquid. cook between 225 and 250 degrees, approximately 23 min./pound. this is my general starting point, tweak as you like. I usually cook 70 to 90 lb. pigs. You can cook 2 pigs up to 70 #'s in a 4 foot box. 2 smaller pigs cook faster than 1 big one, and make a better show when you pull them out! My next pig will be #34, since 1984. good luck!
