Rouge gave me Pro-Am (tasty) and Buried Hatchet (so-so). Oddly, Southern Star distributes to Illinois and I've randomly had a couple of their other beers over the last couple of years in Chicago (nothing notable). Do you recommend them?...

Ooh, 4BD is Lakewood The Temptress. (Of course, Rouge-provided, may he continue to keep and bless us all.) Behind Endeavour, but neck and neck with Real Ale Black Quad near the top of the heap of my LA/TX haul. Keep up the good work, southern brewers....

Unfortunately, Haymarket is only on draft at the brewpub and at festivals. If you make the trip to Chicago, definitely stop by and try Mathias, their imperial IPA. But pretty much everything Pete Crowley makes is great, and most of their beers are Belgian-style. They've been a great addition to the...
