With those offensive weapons, they should be a playoff team.
Those weapons don’t mean anything if your o-line is giving up 55 sacks

Damn I had no idea about any of that. Just imagine how fast he would’ve bolted if Drew went to Miami. The Saints catered to his every want. There cant be many owners and gm’s willing to humble themselves and put that much trust in a coach

Yeah I can’t see Wilson being super coachable at this point. If you’re butting heads with Pete Carroll, Sean Payton isn’t going to set you straight. He doesn’t have that Belichick-like personality that makes people fall in line

Parcells has acknowledged that the reason they drafted Romo was because of Sean.
There’s no doubt that CSP is one off, if not the best coach at drafting. I just cant see him sticking around long enough to fully develop the Broncos to his liking. If the Broncos cant make a decent playoff run in a few years I can definitely see him calling it quits after his contract. I’m very thankful for what he did for us but holy shite it would be hilarious to see him lose a few heartbreaking playoff loses on jaw dropping plays

Just remembered that he’s going to be coaching for a different team. Makes me sick to my stomach. It’s like seeing the girl that dumped you with a different guy. But luckily this time the new boyfriend is arguably a step down from you.
Wilson without a doubt, played beneath his contract last year. Was Payton really a qb whisperer or did he find a diamond in the rough with Drew?
I have a gut feeling that the Broncos won’t be that much better next year. I hope to God I’m right. Their division is going to be tough and they have the 9th hardest schedule

The Saints always start off slow. The fact that we ate a W in those circumstances is a huge testament to how gritty this team is.

How the hell does a three year house need floors refinished?
The construction company must've been super messy. Left multiple heel marks and paint splatters everywhere. Having a large dog doesnt help either

Can you not just list it for a month to see?
I thought about doing that but I wasnt sure how a price increase would look to potential buyers

Sell as is or do some improvements?

I live uptown and I'm looking to sell my house so I can move out of state in December for my job.
Half of the people I talk to say that I should sell it as is, the other half say otherwise. Nobody can give me detailed explanations or numbers to back up their opinion.
It was newly constructed in 2019. I'm looking to get the house landscaped because the yard is pretty ugly in the front and the back. The wood floors also need to be refinished. It would cost me a good amount of money but some people tell me I could make that money back and then some.
I understand selling the house as is in a market where people are buying houses like they're going out of stock. It appears that I have missed the boat in that regard.
I'm worried that if I put up the house like it is right now, it'll sit forever considering there are many houses in my area that appear to be fairly newer in a lot of ways. I'm also worried that if I put the money into making the house look brand new again, I'll be wasting my money.
Any info/advice will be appreciated

Browns have no leverage at all. I'd be surprised if they get a 4th
