What is wrong with you guys. The guys from 1045 said there was a job in between for Donnie Tyndall but you guys are excited about Brett Reed?!? You guys are caught up in the wrong things. Tyndall is 70-40 in conference play since appointed the head man at MSU. Reed is 39-31 in his time. Morehead State has a 46-9 home record under Tyndall. Had a first round draft pick in Faried (22nd to Denver). Leigh doesn't have a Murray State in their league to compete against. Reed doesn't have BCS experience. Tyndall was here when we went to the Sweet 16.

Tyndall took over a team that was 4-24. 5 years later he beats arguably the best coach to ever coach in SEC in Rick Pitino. That same Louisville team that Tyndall beat a year ago just went to the Final Four (only adding one player who played significant minutes in Chane Behanan). Tyndall can coach people.

He has the best Non BCS job in America, Memphis!! Donnie Tyndall has 2 more NCAA tournament wins than your boy at Memphis.

Samford to LSU is expectable (Brady) but Morehead State to LSU isn't? He would be a great hire for our program. Donnie can recruit but on top of that he can really coach. Look at what he has done at Morehead State. 3 straight 20 winning seasons (20, 24, 25) and 4 straight winning seasons. He had a first round draft pick last at Morehead in Kenneth Faried. He was also here and helped recruit Jabari and Stromile. It would be a great hire and on top of that he knows LSU!
