Both. I have been trying to get out of Tuscaloosa for a while, but opportunities kept coming up that have kept me here for a BS, MS, and hopefully in another year or two a PhD
My nephew is headed to Alabama on a full ride next fall. ChemEng as well.
Do you presently attend UA or already graduated?

This is such a key point. I'm not saying he will tell Bama sayonara, but nothing will happen until Brown is gone. The longer he stays the more likely it is that Saban is going to get fed up with it and decide it's not worth it. He doesn't want to appear to be connected in any way to a forced resignation (and you can't blame him for that).
If this drags on for another 24 to 48 hours or so I would think Bama is safe.
This is exactly right, and Mack supposedly pulled his support for his buyout agreement so he'd digging in and forcing them to fire him. It's going to probably play out over the next 30 -36 hours.

No offense, but Texas thinks waaaaaaay to highly of themselves to get someone as idiosyncratic as Les Miles
that's one way to put it.

That really makes me a bad person around here, doesn't it? So fricking what? I'm enjoying sharing in the bama schadenfreude.

UT wont be happy with anything less than saban
I don't think that's true. I think at this point they want Saban so they don't have to take shite from everyone else for being unrealistic.
I've been hesitant to say it up till now. I'm a natural skeptic. But I think Saban is going to Texas. At this point the smoke has reached a critical mass that cannot be ignored.
I can't remember, not that it really matter (at least to me) but I'm pretty sure I've posted here before. Maybe not, I might be thinking of SECrant. Who cares?
Certainly been lurking because it's entertaining watching all these guys jerk your chain. When you say things that are so blindly homer that they're out of bounds on even college sports forum, I had to reactivate my account that I made a couple years ago. I didn't start off as a dick to you, but it's rapidly heading that direction because your kind of a bitch too.

But it's nice that you registered an account and made your first post just so you can respond 6 pages later by telling me how I feel, instead of addressing the point.
You're the TD village idiot, aren't you?

Thanks, but I swear I've posted here in the past.
Yes, I've heard. They're throwing money around like crazy. They offered my nephew a full ride in their engineering program for 5 years (Masters) because they want more prestige.
But I respectfully submit you are in full denial. You are so crimson eyed that you will never be able to look at this objectively. Saban doesn't love your school like you do. I'm sure he's pretty fond of it, but the guy is a merc.
