schools like Haynesville are giddy i'm sure with the changes.. hell, they have like 13 championships under the old rules.. wonder if schools like that will be the next targets of the " it's not fair" police

Blackened duck is pretty good.. cut the breast out, get your skillet beyond smoking hot. roll the breast in melted butter and coat in blackening seasononing. about 2-3 minutes a side for med rare. slice across the grain...pretty good appetizer.
