What do you do coming off of a loss to UCLA- a big and significant loss to the start of the season- andddd, as the HC who seems to be the topic of the week is now having to play the Ol Pokes of McNeese. Just an absolute terrible spot being forced to be in.

1- you have to prove your DBU Old School LSU Tiger defense has now regressed, bc thenose are individuality and reputation for playing ballhhawk, sideline-to-sideline Defense

2- HC “O” has not a choice, really.. it’s a must he confirms to us “fans” at home that there is hope for our first home game against a D2 school, 1 hour wes… and who just just got destroyed by hurricane Laura last year and didn’t even have a season, snd still not completely built and released.

3- lastly the worst- eldest the son coach “O”is McNeese’a starting QB I just pray O’s son doesn’t get tossed too bed. Fragile. Sets up to br a somewhat, somehow intriguing story line.

True… but, when you see Minnesota QB poised and dialing It up against OSU in first game on prime time and competing, it makes you wonder- - why can’t LSU get one of those (at least)? I mean c’mon. Just upset. Haha
You know a gamer when you see one and Max ain’t the answer.
Agreed. Good point. Not sad or discouraged either. Just sucks It’ll be this way this season. It’s obvious.
Being a passionate LSU Tiger fan- from following recruiting, to listening to plenty of podcasts pertaining to LSU football… I just hate to see it. Another year = another year of typical tiger ball. It’s as if Mettenberger and Jarrett Leee had a left handed child with a slower release than Tim Tebow and and Matt Leinert combined. Just hate to see it. We’re better than this. People like me look forward to the Tigers whippin arse and taken names on Saturday nights- no matter the opponent. However, just seems we are in for another long long season of what could’ve/should’ve been. Hopefully our new young & vibrant OC’s can put tighter a game plan they fits the needs of our athletes. We’ll see. We sure pay them enough. Also, I bet our Potential WR1’s, recruits start 2nd guessing bc once again we can’t prove to maintain a consistent offense that showcases our talent. Sad. But we got time (I hope). Our quarterback, Mr Max Johnson continuously through off his back foot and had a slower release than Tim Tebow and Tua combined. He doesn’t have the lower half to deliver the ball on point and step up and work that pocket with demand. Myles may be soft as cotton, but this QB has potential to be near sided and Jordan Jefferson quality. I hope not. Just saying. In conclusion, I’m not sure how to feel about the Tigers, but I really am upset that we have a long season to go through the misery that we actually went through last night.. it just seems unbelievable to me that we’re gonna have to go all damn season holding our breaths not being able to enjoy the ice cold beer, and tiger stadium experience(a) like we usually
Get to do! Get it together team. Please for the sake of us. I know it’s 1 game. I’m not being too harsh yet! Let’s go! 15 more games of this and I sure hope it only gets better, only up from here- go tigers please for someone pray for me.
You know it's true. His resume speaks for itself.
Time for Paul to go. Coach Glenn Cechinni at Barbe High School would be a great fit, if he were up for it.

New Season Thoughts & Concerns...

Posted by LShu07 on 7/27/14 at 2:03 pm
Very excited about the start of a new season! Anxious to see how the highly anticipated Freshman class will look and curious to see how and who will get the most opportunities on the field, particularly early in the season. Surely, it’ll come down to the production and talent on the practice field, but also who Les trusts the most. Personally, I think it’ll be fun to watch / observe how he manages certain situations, considering how deep and talented this Freshmen class is. Of course, L. Fournette will play (that's a no brainer)- I’m talking about WR's, DB's, etc. I think it comes down to the players who put in the most time to study / learn the playbook, both at home and at practice. I've heard good things about Harris, as well as all the other Freshman. It seems he is passionate about the game and is willing to learn and improve. He also appears to be a very positive person and understands mistakes happen and seems to have a good outlook on those sorts of things. It ‘s just every year I find myself worrying about the QB position, as I’m sure a lot of you do. I just love seeing when our team has a solid passing game and can air it out with confidence and ease. I just hope we don't have to stress and harp on the QB position week-to-week and all yearlong. Nonetheless, I’m staying optimistic. I’m passionate and realize it will always be interesting when it comes to LSU TIGER Football!! Excited and looking forward to the start of a new season!!

2013 Lake Charles City Championship

Does anyone know who's in the lead? I've been at work all day and haven't been able to keep up with it. Thanks.
Wild Thang, we are all entitled to our own opinion, but hopefully you do understand that this is a message board where everyone is allowed to state their own personal opinion on any particular topic. Now, whether you agree w/ mine or not, you don't have to call me an "idiot." That's childish. You guys forget, I'm an LSU fan too dadgummit! This isn't life or death you bunch of bitter Kyle Peterson Jr's! Anyways, GEAUX TIGERS & peace be w/ you all & to all a good night!

Did any of you watch the SEC Championship game and Regional on TV?? Kyle talked about Vandy nonstop and it was just a little too much for me. I love LSU baseball and i thought he shouldve acknowledged them more and their accomplishments instead of talking about Vandy and their unconventional style. Also, LSU was the only team not shown when ESPN was doing their highlights of the winners of the regional. All of you must not have been watching the same game as me tonight. Yes, i ddid hear him say LSU was a great tailgaiting school at what not. But It seemed as if he was silent when LSU deserved praise
No way guys. I disagree. Mike Patrick was very neutral, but KP was praising Gray the whole game. I felt like I was watching Gary Danielson call an LSU Bama game.

Kyle Peterson seems bitter towards LSU

I've noticed that ever since the Vandy/LSU SEC Championship game, that Kyle Peterson seems to still hold a grudge against LSU baseball. It seems to me that he can't quite get over the '97 CWS game where Stanford lost in the semifinals to LSU. Personally, I think he needs to stop having penis envy & acknowledge our LSU baseball tigers for once!
Lester, my man, the question pertains to all potential LSU multi-sport commits/recruits playing this weekend, not to just one player or players playing for a specific school... Don't get too far ahead of yourself now. You may just want to grab yourself a bite to eat and regroup for a second.
Appreciate it. I'll be sure to keep an eye on em'.
Are there any multi-sport commits or recruits playing this weekend at the dome that LSU might be interested in? In particular, baseball and basketball...
Which state championship games this weekend in New Orleans are most intriguing and a must see, specifically for LSU recruits?

Possible schools of interest for TM7?

Rumor has it that Tyrann Mathieu is strongly considering McNeese St. (Lake Charles, LA). I was wondering if there's any truth behind this or just hearsay?
