re: Solar Generator

I was in the middle of getting my whole home battery backup system installed when the storm hit. It's now complete and ready for the next one.

Sol-Ark 15k inverter with 32kwh of battery backup. Generator input port to charge batteries during an extended outage. 30% tax credit available for whole home battery backup systems puts me in line with the cost of a Generac. Looking into solar panels now. I would only consider the incremental cost of the solar panels in my ROI calculation as I'm already in for the cost of the backup system.

Pretty sure the window panes were open

I sit in an area of the press box. The window panes were open, but there was zero sun and the AC hitting my back. I bet there was a 30 degree difference between me and the east side.
Excuse my ignorance, but while all of them might hold head to head tie breakers, how would the 3+ team tie breakers work out? While we might be 1-2 against all of them, are there any that have been swept by other teams that would bump up our head to head as a group?
If it's going in your garage, consider scratch & dent places. I just got a 21cf upright freezer from a place in Port Allen for $475 cash. Still had all of the tags and stuff inside. It would have been over $950 from Lowes. They told me they have a contract with Lowes to take their damaged appliances.

My old one was smaller and cools great, but the defrost wasn't working properly. If anyone is interested in it, let me know. Would probably make a great kegorator.

"We need to speed the game up"
- Implement running clock except under 2 minutes for first down/OOB

-The literal Next year-

"So we're thinking of adding the 2 minute warning stoppage of time"

The 2MW is a result of the timing change. If the ball is snapped at 2:02 and the play ends at 1:56 with a first down, does the clock stop or not? Now, if a play results in a first down prior to the 2MW, clock keeps running. If the ball is snapped after the 2MW, clock stops.

A standard ESPN game has 4 commercial breaks in the 2nd & 4th quarter. There were many games last year where ESPN used them all up in the 6 or 7 minutes of the 4th qtr in case LSU went on a 4 minute drive to end the game. I don't think ESPN will increase the amount of commercial breaks, but will allow them to save one for the 2MW.

How many of you that say you've never been polled answer the phone when you don't recognize the number? I get called frequently and always take the time to answer the polls.

I did phone surveys in high school in the early 90 when everyone had a landline, so things are a lot different now then back then. We would get a sheet that had phone numbers listed by address. We had a breakdown of how many we needed by demographic and area. I understand how to manipulate the survey based on the areas you call and the ratios of demographics you select. Wording of the questions is a big deal also.
I care as much as they do. If the players have their knee pads above their thighs, chin straps aren't fully fastened, and never have their mouth piece in, why should I care if they get hurt? Kids in high school mirror what they see on TV. When it looks like college and pro players are wearing shorts, it's hard to get kids to wear the equipment properly.

Why does Neville keep playing 4A and moved up to 5A for playoffs.

TLDR: 5 classes in regular season, 4 divisions in playoffs.

Every 2 years they take the attendance numbers for schools that play football. They take the number of schools, divide by 5 and set the attendance levels for each class so that there are approximately the same number of football schools in each Class. There is an adjustment for boys only or girls only schools to get their official attendance numbers.

For playoffs, they split the schools into select and non-select based on the mood of the principles at the time. They then divide the number in each category by 4 and get the number of schools in each division.

For example, if there are 320 schools that play football, there will be 64 schools in each class. If both select and non-select have 160 school, there will be 40 schools in each division. Select has 24 teams in a 32 team bracket, top 8 getting byes. Non-select has 28, top 4 getting byes.

For schools that don't play football, they fall into the class based on the ranges set, unless they would be in single A, and those schools make up class B and C.
Has there been an official comment on what body part was injured? I know his helmet was twisted 90 degrees before being pulled off. Assumed it was a head or neck injury. Didn't know if it was related to something else.

BTW all the talk about him transferring is bullshite he's not going anywhere. He loves it at LSU and accepted the fact that he was going to redshirt.

I was on LSU's sideline last night. Every time he touched the ball the players on the sideline were going crazy cheering him on. When your teammates show that much enthusiasm for you at a place like LSU, it's hard to go somewhere else.

If there would have been less than 2:00 in the game, LSU goes victory and that TD never happens. Great moment for the kid, and change the betting world from an under to an over.

No, it's been played at every game since 2020. Thank George Floyd and the summer of love.

How about mind your own damn business and quit projecting your bullshite on to other people?

You do realize that you're on an LSU sports forum that has a tradition of starting an opposing team look-alike insult thread for every football game. And LSU is playing Tennessee tomorrow, and Peyton Manning played at Tennessee. Sounds like you're being a little too defensive.
Imagine some of the Les Miles teams of the NFL didn't make players declare for the draft, and you either were happy with where you got drafted or you stayed for your senior year
