My house is off Old Jefferson and Hoo Shoo Too and seems to be in an okay location. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get to downtown BR and hour to MSY. House is on the market and slightly above your price range but relocated for a new job so price is probably more flexible than what's listed.
Just need an offer and I'm out and relo takes over as owner until the sale is closed. Problem is the house has been listed since June. :banghead:
