Had both last week couldn't come up with a conclusion. Both were good, but I may have to go with Flemings.

The Redfish at Ruffinos was awesome too.

Probably such a small difference between the two most people wont notice.

Fwiw Ive never ordered a filet at either one. Ribeye or strip if I'm getting a prime piece of steak.

Both are good, those are usually my 2 go to orders at ruffinos if they dont have a special I want to try. The small filet at ruffinos is perfect when you are going there more to drink than eat

back on topic, its basically a toss up, I enjoy going to ruffinos more so I will lean that way.

Im not choosing anything. Just saying theres probably not much of a difference between a filet at flemings and a filet at ruffinos.

You will not miss the prime grade on the fillet, now a NY strip, I feel there is a huge step down to choice (I know Flemmings has Prime strips, and am almost certain ruffinos does as well), but I am a sucker for the cedar plank redfish at ruffinos

Heading to Ruth's Monday for my birthday. I've been there a couple of times. I'll have to them back in the mix.
