I work at OLOL. The care is entirely dependent upon who the attending is, as well as the nurses. I work along side some fantastic nurses, but also know tons who don't know their head from a hole in the ground. With the high turn around rate, they hire nothing but new grads and this is where a lot of the incompetency comes into play.

Literally just broke up with one. Worst of all we work together. Charmed me in from the start, was amazing, sex was great. Turned into a huge count. I stayed calm through the breakup and she went off the deep end doing everything she could to make me look bad and making up stories to people.
Knew she was on meds when I started dating her, but it was judt for "anxiety". She is extremely narcissistic and has never been in the wrong.

Phoenix west 2. Just opened last year. Lazy river, pool, huge indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and kiddy pool.

He tried to kill himself last week when the police found him. Slit his wrists and throat In the bathroom. Police put the dogs on him after busting down the door. Was in the hospital just a few days ago. May or may not have had him as a patient....

I just tell them I'm working. If they get upset so be it. But they knew from the get go working in the hospital I would miss things

Also don't think just because you see people buying what that they are making tons of money. Majority of these people either lie about how much they make or are in mountains of debt. Seen it many times firsthand, so do what you feel comfortable and don't gauge yourself from other people
