Well, we wouldn`t have to wear purple, but we couldn`t wear white if the home team wants to wear white. Its happened before, I think peach bowl against GT as they were designated home team and chose to wear their traditional whites.
Have Youtube TV, I like it, has CBS,NBC,ABC,Fox and all espn channels and sec network. Also has all the Fox sports channels and Big Ten Network.

College Football is well covered.
LSU always wore white at home until 83 or 84 when ncaa mandated that all home teams must wear dark color jerseys and away teams must wear white. In 1995 Gerry DiNardo, I believe was on the rules committee, was able to help have the rule changed to having the home team choose the jersey colors as long as the away team approved. At some point since, the NCAA changed the rule and did away with away teams having to give their approval at all.
Walking to stadium at OM 2003. OM fan starts taunting me with gator chomp and yelling "Flooorida, Floooorida" because we had a loss to Florida earlier in the season. I responded with "Memphis!Memphis!", he shut up pretty quickly. you know the rest....
