While I never used them, there is training facility just outside of B'ham called Sheepdog. Again, I've never used them nor heard any reviews. It's located at the Deerfoot Pkwy exit near Trusville.
I stopped there once to look at their inventory of firearms. If you are looking for variety, this was not the place. But there was a class ongoing and it appeared to be well run.

I dipped for 20 years before quitting. This Jan marks 11 years without. Made the decision after son was born.
Kudos to those strong enough to kick it cold turkey. I went the Chantix route which made it a helluva lot easier than I thought. By the third day I no longer had cravings. Have been quit since. Good luck OP.
PS Never experienced the side effects. Was looking forward to the hallucinations.
