LSU will finish 7-5 if they conitnue to play like they have played the first half of the season
No way LSU scores more that 17 points against Auburn.
You don't have clue about what you are talking about. If LSU keeps on doing what they are doing, they are going to keep on getting what they are getting. You can have every Blue Chip player on a team and if is poorly coached or lazy it will never meet its potential. You can call bull shite all you want and talk about traveling to the future and make any other assinine analogies you like but you have apparently attached your ego to this subpar underperforming team and you cannot detach yourself for a moment and look at it dispassionately. Keep on Blogging Brother. P.S. I hope you are right and I am wrong.
Do you really think this is a good football team?
Sure we have top talent but it is has yet to show me anything. If you think they are well coached and that the offensive scheme is outstanding then you are not being honest with yourself and if you are happy with their play to date then you are happy with mediocrity.
Okay enlighten me. What do you see that convinces you we will be 10-2 or in that neighborhood.
Okay I am a half assed fan of a half assed football team. At least I am not delusional.
I don't have to travel to the future to know this team sucks arse. They have been overated all year.
Offensive scheme is predictable, defense line is mediocre offensive line is hapless. Is this not reality? Auburn,Ole Miss and Arkansas can run the ball better than Georgia, Vanderbilt and Mississippi State. Alabama' performance speaks for itself. This is a reality. In the SEC if you cannot run the ball you lose. Conversely if you cannot stop the opponent from running the ball you lose. Call it a trip to the future or just a realistic look at our remaining schedule but the facts don't lie. Our offense is at the bottom of the rankings and our defense is only slightly higher. I hope I am wrong but sadly I am afraid I am not.
It is simple mathematics;

LSU is 5-1 right now, they will win 2 of the last six games and lose 4 this equals 7-5.

Lose to Auburn, Alabama, Ole Miss and Arkansas.
Watch other SEC teams besides LSU and you will see
what I see.
Write this down on your LSU schedule now to save yourself the trouble later. 7-5 season the only 2 games we will win on the remaining schedule are Tulane and LA Tech (hopefully). This is not a good football team. They are undisciplined and poorly coached. Sure the talent is there but it is not being utilized. I am not throwing in the towel or half assing it, I am merely accepting reality.
Not much wrong except they have no testicles and block like a bunch of T-Pusses.

Trindon Holliday in the Wildcat formation

Coach Miles try Trindon Holliday in the Wildcat formation and see what happens. I think we would all be pleasantly surprised.

I am die hard LSU fan, but I would have to be on heavy duty hallucinigens to beleive LSU will make it to the championship game. Alabama is going to humiliate LSU on November 7th. We are a bad football team and we might as well face it. Coaching is horrendous, offensive line play is abysmal and the defense is undisciplined and weak at linebacker. On game night I see a flat disorganized rabble on the gridiron and it is going to be a long season of angst and disappointment for us. Changes need to be made this week. Coach Miles needs to reevaluate his starters on the O-line and try to find some warriors up front. If not same old same old.

Don't make plans for the SEC championship game because LSU will not be there. Maybe the Independence Bowl in Shreveport, but then again maybe not even that.
I am a staunch LSU fan and Nick Saban hater, but he knows how to coach. As much as I hate to say it Alabama is going to be the most humiliating loss of 2009. They are a complete team, one that is good on both sides of the ball and on special teams. They are a better coached team with better athletes. I am not afraid of Bama, I have watched them play and they are a better football team. Their offensive line will punch you in the mouth and run the football down your throat. Our offensive line looks like a bunch of walk ons.

November 7th is going to be a sad day for LSU football because we are going to get routed.
