All I've been reading about is how great the UNC defense is and how bad we suck on offense. No way in hell T.J. Yates (60% completion rate; 14TD's and 15int's in '09) wins this game. Also, their leading rusher Ryan Houston had 630 yds (3.8) avg. What the hell? Chavis must be grinning ear to ear!...

Agreed we may not have won the game but we didn't get the break. Think back to '03 and how many we breaks we got with Saban. Georgia in DV? TN and MSU in '01 And Auburn in '07? ... Amomg others on the road.
Success in the SEC REQUIRES a few breaks. Saban got them AGAIN this year with TN and AU...

As for BigApplTiger... I not bashing recruiting at all. That is the one strong point we have right now. You can always expand on a positive. We have a lot of young guys who I can't wait to see (ie. Barky Mingo!)

Wow - Surprised at how many would want to see that crap in our stadium. Football is meant to be played on GRASS. Always has been and hopefully always will be. The field looks a lot better today than it has in recent years.

The idea of artificial turf in the south seems ridiculous - but some are opting for it. Texas just ripped out (and sold to the fans) the grass and replaced with field turf. I can't ever imagine Joe Alleva making that call in TS! It has to be considerably cheaper to maintain but is ultimately fake...
