It's like spending a lot of time making the perfect ice cream sundae, but instead of putting a cherry on top, we dropped a big dirty turd on top and ruined the whole thing.

Truly the worst loss in all of LSU sports history in my opinion. If you were to ask me 4 years ago what my wost nightmare scenario would be, I would have said, it would be an undefeated LSU team getting dominated by a Nick Saban coached Alabama team in the National Championship game in New Orleans and being shut out.

With that said, I love my Tigers, and we'll be back. I reconfirm my love for LSU and my absolute hatred of Alabama and look forward to playing them again. :geauxtigers:

Triple Option Package versus Bama

Posted by DixieTiger88 on 12/4/11 at 2:04 pm
If we play Bama again, I wonder if we'd install a triple option package. Georgia Southern gashed Bama with it, and I think a Jefferson, Hilliard/Ware and Ford/Blue package would be much more effective.

As a rule of thumb, 3-4 defences tend to struggle with this type of offence since they are build to stop pro sytle offenses. Lord knows we have better horses than Ga Southern.

We'd have more than enough time to install it too. Think about the surpise Bama would have if we started running the triple option in the second half of the game.
What does "German" mean in reference to Tigerdroppings posts? I've never been able to figure it out?!

Funny Bama Fan Story..........

Posted by DixieTiger88 on 10/29/11 at 2:14 pm
Told a Bama fan (27 year old woman) that the University of Alabama officials planned on digging up Bear Bryant and wheeling his coffin around BDS before the homecoming game to "rekindle" the glory days......her response was quick and serious...."I won't miss that for the world."

:geauxtigers:
just the usual Les Miles is a "joke" crap. Didn't say a thing, NOT A DAMN THING, after we beat the gumps last year.
Presents a few fun plays if used as a special package.

1. Jefferson at wide receiver: quick pass to him and give him the option to run or throw.

2. Quick pass to Jefferson and throw back to Lee
How much of a home field advantage do you have when you let your in state rival comeback from 21 points down? Aubie made them quit and so will we.
Stop Trent and you beat Bama. W
Gonna see what our boys are mad of real soon. Maybe a chance for pick 6 to change his name to quick 6. He has the arm.
That wasn't retaliation. It was some retard acting out.
Reaction to Young's comments about Farve running the team? :spank: :doublebird:

I think he is a very good quarterback. Just ridiculous that he said he won't ever lose again because he doesn't like the way it feels.

Miles Eats Grass....Daily?

Posted by DixieTiger88 on 11/7/10 at 7:03 pm
According to Russell Sheppard he eats grass everyday. Maybe the fertilizer gives him the balls to make gusty calls. One of the strangest things I've seen a coach do, but for some reason I like it.

He's a dang Gladiator! :geauxtigers:

Pom-Pom Schools vs. Fists!

Posted by DixieTiger88 on 11/7/10 at 6:53 pm
For Bama fans to say that Tiger stadium is not impressive is hilarious.

BDS is nowhere near as loud as Tiger Stadium.

S. Carolina, LSU and school that don't use pom poms are way louder than pom pom schools.
