OU got the class they wanted. Two elite 11 QBs, although one will probably be a top ten in the baseball draft, a top 3 receiver, first choice at RB out of Texas.

Hated losing Brandon Carter, but got a last minute switch on a CB that was committed to Notre Dame.

Also a couple of under the radar guys at DT, one from Kansas that will be a stud.

Tough to beat Mack in Texas, but OU filled it's needs with good kids. Everyone will make it to campus.

I come over here to see the pics of the Hot LSU girl. They are so much better looking than the Texas girls.

All kidding aside, you are one of the most fun free boards to read.

OU is going to have an unusually large class this year with 29-30. They have a shot at a top 3 class.
Good Luck to Dickson, but Gresham from OU is going to be tough to beat. OU will feature Gresham even more this year.

A first-team All-American last season by The Sporting News, Gresham hauled in 66 passes for 950 yards and 14 touchdowns for the Sooners in 2008. The TD total was the most ever in one season by an OU player.

Texas has 5 times the population of Oklahoma and even with OU, Tech, Aggies, even LSU, nipping at their heels, the Longhorns get about 80% of the kids they really want. They are THE University in a large state

Of all the major players in College Football, FL, LSU, Bama, tOSU, Texas, USC and maybe a few others, OU is the smallest school and in the state with the least population.

It sure seems to me that the two easiest places to recruit in the country are Texas and USC. Why would they waste their time romancing a kid from Oklahoma. They don't have kids from Oklahoma, but they don't have kids from any other state either. Texas assistant coaches have it made.

Gotta be a girl at Auburn that got him really jazzed up.....
LSU won't get Washington. OU gets Washington.

+1

Don't know what you guys are smoking, but if you are going to talk about Running Back U, you better include Texas, Oklahoma and USC. I don't totally agree with this list, but it has some merit. Jim Brown, Eric Dickerson and a few others probably deserve to be on here.
