Offshore Fishing out of Hackberry

Do any of yall know of a good guide to go offshore out of Hackberry? A group of guys from work are planning a trip down there about mid April. They want to do some trout/red and maybe some offshore on the next day. TIA...

I got a few dollars for Christmas and graduation and want to buy a primitive weapon. I already have a muzzleloader but want to get either a .45-70 or a .444. Whats the OB take on these two? TIA...
Yup im skunked bad. Havent been seeing much. Hopefully that will change next week...

Is anybody else having this problem right now? I hunt in Copiah, MS and we have not been seeing many deer within the past few weeks. Even the pictures on the trail cameras have gone down. Our neighbors havent been seeing much either. Dont know whats going on and wondering if anybody else was having ...

:lol: yea I thought about that after I posted it. But yea definitely nothing but lures in the winter. In the beginning of the winter they will bite on a doa shrimp under a cork. That can be alot of fun...
Fish deeper and slower. They are not able to react as fast as during the warmer months so you just slow it down for them...
