A good tip for cooking ribs is to peel the layering of skin that's on the bone side off before marinating them in anything. In my opinion, adding worcestershire sauce after you peel the back layering of skin off, and before you marinate them in anything, gives it a very nice flavor.

I'm particularly fond of the BBQ sauce at BBQ West, it's sweet and spicy at the same time. I don't eat Danken Trail, it was Podnuh's main competition when my dad was one of the owners..I don't eat Podnuh's anymore either.

Podnuhs really fell off the map about six or seven years ago, due to new management and loss of a few employes who took some of the recipes with them. The beans and sausage at BBQ West are the same that used to be at Podnuhs BBQ.
