No doubt. I put the over/under for GT rushing yards at 350.

That looks right to me.

Absolutely.

And with LM coaching this team, I think just getting back into the top 25 is going to be a real challenge.

Under Miles,we are now a permanent marginal program that will fight to make it to be Bowl Eligible.

I see us on par with Purdue or Clemson.

The team is playing like shite ... maybe it's the Miles apologists who should quit bitching at those who recognize serious flaws in this team.

There is no doubt that Jefferson is LSU's best QB.

You wrote alot, but I couldn't get much past that. It tells me you don't know what you're talking about.

Of course JJ is the best QB we have. Anyone who says otherwise is an arse clown.

However, he isn't the future of the program. Sheppard or someone else is going to have to come in and take over. But JJ is a guy who could play some for us.

He could play for us if an injury or emergency arises. Jarrett Lee should never be allowed to even wear the uniform again.

Would you trade Mes Miles for Rich Rodgriguez if all parties agreed?

I would trade Miles for just about anyone; Rodriguez, any coach in the SEC, any coach in the ACC, surely any in the Big 12 or Big Ten.

Les sucks arse. Sorry arse stayed with that loser QB forever, publicly undermined Jordan Jefferson, and rarely has LSU ready to play.

LSU consistently goes down in games. Check the history. AU last year and this year, UF last year and this year. UGA this year. Bama last year and this year. Troy. OSU in the championship game. He won games on talent alone.

We may very well get loss #5 on Friday

And if we play a halfway decent team (a little better than Troy) in a bowl game, it could be loss number 6.

Les needs to do the honorable thing and resign for the way he handled the QB situation this year.

Bring in the Boise St or Ball St coach. Les Miles showed this year that he isn't up to par unless he has overwhelming talent.

This team sucks and its Les's fault. He needs to be held responsible.
I think he a fine looking young man and would look great in a McNeese Cowboys uniform. Transfer, Jarrett. You'll thank me later.

Ya know. People keep saying, "Why can't Lee be like Pryor" but I gotta tell ya. The Big 10 BLOWS HUGE and let's be blunt, the guy is a VERY mediocre passer. I think if OSU had the misfortune to have played Bama, UGA and UF so far this year, they may have 3 very UGLY losses on their record thus far. And, I don't think Pryor woulda made a hill of beans difference against USC.

Anyone who in anyway thinks that Pryor isn't head and shoulders better than Lee is delusional. Pryor is a good QB, Lee is horrible.

Anyone wanna bet he throws a six pick today vs Ole Miss?
quote:

I think he's going to throw for a bunch of yards with NO interceptions. He really is going to be a good one! Go, Jarrett!!

What are you basing this on? Not recent experience. The only consistent thing about Jarrett Lee is that he has been bad. Thats it. He throws picks that go for TDs for the other team. In that regard, no one has done it better.

JLee will have Great Game against Rebs
All the doubters will see on Saturday why JLee is the future of LSU Football and why we will likely win the BCS trophy in 2 of the next 3 years.

Enjoy the ride.

ROFLMAO...yeah, I see that happening. Anymore its not even a question of whether or not JL will throw an INT pick 6...its when, and how many.

JL is a nice kid. He just sucks as a QB. Thats all. And thats really all there is to say about him.

Hopefully, w/ the Freshmen we have coming in next year, JL will just be a bad memory for LSU fans and he'll transfer to a Texas directional school near his home.
Pick any first year starter you want....Jarrett Lee is worse than any of them. Hes a miserable POS.

We have a spoiled fricking bitch-on-the-rag, johnny-come-lately fanbase. And many of them post here.

And we have a bunch of little pansie arse liberal bitches who think as long as you "try" no one should give a shite. frick that....and frick those who feel that way.
Thanks for the OK to boo players who do their best to help the other team win.

I hope fans will keep up the booing, esp of certain players.
I agree. They did the good thing by booing him before the game. They should boo him before the game, during the game, and after the game. If they see him on campus, they should boo him.

Maybe, just maybe, he'll decide to transfer. And hopefully, it'll be against someone that LSU plays and then Jarrett Lee can finally do something to help LSU win a game.

All you do is if you are playing defense vs LSU is play a base defense and just wait for Jarrett Lee to throw an INT. He'll do it. Just be patient if you are on defense.

No, hes not. Hes not responsible for any of these issues.

He just sucks as a QB. Thats all.

re: will JL transfer?

Posted by Suncoastiger on 11/10/08 at 8:11 pm to
We can only hope and pray so.

Lets hope he transfers to a team we play. We need to win a few because of the other teams QB sucks.

re: Garry Crowton

Posted by Suncoastiger on 11/10/08 at 8:08 pm to
I think he is horrible and he should be replaced. You cannot continue to throw the ball with Jarret "Pick Six" Lee as your QB.

Yet Crowton has continued to call aggressive play calling with the most substandard QB LSU has had in decades.
Uh, we might be fine. But we are not set at QB. JL is one of the worst QB that I have ever seen at LSU. I am sure hes a nice kid, and I know he has talent, but he doesn't learn, he hasn't developed and he hasn't improved. Every week he looks worse than the week before.

This season we are going to lose a bunch of defensive player and still not have a QB worth a damn unless JJ or one of the freshman can play.

We are not in near the same shape as UF. Not even close. As a matter of fact, we have a QB that keeps other teams in the game and in some cases (Sat), put them over the top.
