I bought that condo and still own it to this day. He was renting it for the years that he lived there. I actually assumed his lease for the last couple of months until Jamie could get all the shite out. I still have some of the furniture. This is definitely a weird story to see on a Saturday morning after all these years!

Where are you staying in Fort Lauderdale and what time would you be wanting to play on 1/6?

I pretty much dropped the ball on this over the holidays and now I’m a week out and haven’t made any arrangements. Regarding the 6th, I’ve pretty much got all day. Could even play twice at two different courses if I wanted to play an 8 AM round and then tee off around 1:30pm. We could also play around 8 am on the 8th

We are staying at the Marriott palm beach gardens. If anyone has any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Not concerned about the money at either if that helps.

Ft lauderdale and west palm options

I’m going to be in Fort Lauderdale January 6th for a soccer tournament and looking to play a nice course. I’m not really concerned about green fees. If I’m flying with clubs I might as well play the best course possible. Played Doral for a few days back in June and enjoyed it but I’m looking for something else. Any suggestions in the Fort Lauderdale area?

Then I’m heading to west palm that evening and will be there through the 9th. I would love a couple of recommendations here as well. Thanks and much appreciated!

He is at every game from what I understand. He has been honored on the field for this game multiple times over the years.

unfortunately, I had the same injury last October. Slipped and fell- had emergency surgery the next day. My recovery was way longer than 90 days but I had complications. Bone took longer to heal so I was fully immobilized for about 60 days and then had limited range for another 60. Once the bone was healed, I had scar tissue build up which resulted in not being able to bend my leg past 90 degrees. Had a knee manipulation in April and then finally finished PT with full range of motion in mid-June. So, for me about 9 months. Also just had another scope to clean up an extra bone growth so it has been a long road. Best of luck!
I think it goes something like this.

Any player attacking the basket can take as many steps they need.

Any superstar can take as many steps as the need anywhere on the court.

Travelling violations occur when regular players take 3 or more steps away from the basket....sometimes.

If you have the chance to go I would certainly do it. I went last year and its a great time. You get the feeling of being a season ticket holder without the bills being due!!

Just make sure you get there on time since it will be crowded. But I think they moved it to the dome to give people more space.
