Who are some of the subcontractors you use in BR?

For the construction guys or homebuilders, who are some of the quality framers, concrete, brick, etc., guys that you use? Any to avoid? Thanks

To some of the builders on here, how much would it cost to build a 2000 sq. ft. house somewhere in the bluebonnet/burbank area, if I already own the lot, and am looking to get only the house, minus interior things like flooring, paint, fixtures, appliances, etc...I have access to all of the interior stuff and just wanted to know if anybody has an idea of how much just the nuts and bolts might run me? Thanks
