How much is it going to cost us to franchise him? I was willing to concede quite some time ago that we aren't signing him long term. But if we franchise him, how much will he get next year? Basically, can we afford to franchise him and hang on to him for one more year while still resigning Drew and maybe adding some pieces here and there?

Well then thanks nicks for everything. I like him more than evans but o well. The kind if money they ask for you can't keep a contending nucleus together. Let him go be highest paid guard on a shitty team.
