Yeah. Its not that simple, or we wouldn't have homeless problems in every major city on earth.

Most of them dont want or even use existing services. Are you stupid enough to suggest that social services create more homelessness or makes people want to stay homeless? What youre suggesting will lead to violent crime and theft. I know you haven't thought anything through, but you deserve to know how stupid that idea is. Problems dont just disappear because you pretend they don't exist.
