Am I the only LSU and Saints fan that is getting serious Deja Vu vibes from all this?
The league picks out a patsy, preferably one with a brash, cocky head coach that the rest of the league's fan bases hate. Then make an example of them to drive their narrative.
Suspend the coach, punish the program, and misdirect from everyone else's guilt.
Boast to a willing media how tough you are and what a law and order league this is and how we don't allow professional athletes to compete against our young men. We care about their safety.
Everyone in the league is guilty but the one patsy is the example. Nothing to see here. Its not personal. Its business.
