Compare the schedules and just about every other metric. The only ones who disagree are uga fans and gumps. Let's see what plays out after this weekend. Either way, I see both as top five seeds.

Staying on the Shug bandwagon. One of the more unknown stats for Shug is that he was the head basketball coach at Auburn and a for a short stint at Georgia! Imagine having Kiffin or Oats coaching a different sport at the same school once the season ended. He never held simultaneous head coaching positions, but he was assistant and head in the same years.

At Alabama, this would violate the university’s Consensual Romantic Relationships Policy (referenced as HR Policy No. 130.00 in the Employee Handbook and related documents), along with the Code of Ethical Conduct and conflict-of-interest rules.
Their policy states that consensual romantic or sexual relationships between a supervisor and subordinate are inappropriate in the workplace. They create risks of compromised employment decisions, favoritism, abuse of power, or coercion claims—even if both parties consent. The supervisor bears primary accountability.
