Heading out west for labor day. Staying in Heber City, UT. Looking to go fly fishing on the Provo River and/or the Green River.

Have a tee time at Wasatch Mountain Course. Is there any other "must play" courses in this area?

Anyone have recommendations where to fly fish out there? Is one significantly better than the other?

Did you see me say that Curiel was better offensively? the quoted text in your post is all I said. I was responding to the poster that said Crews had better stats. When looking at the stats side by side, Curiel had the same amount of hits, more RBI, a better OBP, similar batting average, more doubles. He had less HR, less OPS (another power stat). The definitive answer is Dylan Crews had more power than Derek Curiel. Was he better offensively than Curiel? That's hard to tell.

Agree 100%

Crews was a great person too. The fact of the matter is, Crews was the better player as a Freshman

Stats beg to differ little bro

Not just stats, but mindset, how he handles himself, etc. Guy is wise beyond his years.

Couldn’t agree more. Seems like a great kid.
No.. that’s not the argument either…
Did you know there are other stats tracked besides HR’s?
So you're saying Crews was the better freshman because his teammates were not as good as Curiel's?

Did you know Curiel doesn't get to bring a teammate or pitcher with him up to bat? What does the starting pitchers have to do with offensive stats?
Winning a Natty + all tournament team + better stats on the season clears batting .500 winning a regional.

If you know anything about baseball…
Yes, Crews has a few more HR Fr. year.

But Curiel has similar/better stats along with a National Championship ring.
Did not realize Crews knocked 18 out as a Freshman. Wow
Kid was an absolute superstar from the first pitch he saw this season.

Curiel Freshman Year:

258 AB
89 Hits
.345 AVG
.470 OBP
55 RBI's
67 Runs
20 doubles

1 National Championship

Besides Bregman, who comes to mind with comparable Freshman year stats?
