Looks good. I followed your plan and am starting to see some results. I will say spreading 6 yds of sand over 15k square feet is not for the faint of heart. Planted Maya II Blackjack 3 weeks ago.

That’s exactly my setup, small area around the pool sodded w zoysia. Currently using a manual reel mower that works well but you have to keep blades sharp. I do plan to upgrade to a California trimmer or something similar but the push reel mower is getting me by for now. ...
