Yeah it's impressive, but Arkansas wasn't a beatdown. Bama was the better team for 60 total minutes, but certainly Arkansas represented themselves VERY well.

Trey Burton is NOT Tim Tebow. Email that to Gainesville.
The Florida faithful, are pretty good, but can be a touchy lot it seems.

...with the obvious "frick you"s to follow I'll just say that any asterisks you all decide to put next to anything Alabama does would also have to go next to any championships, any wins, that any team in the past got with a controversial call at any point in their season...probably most if not all of them. It's part of the game. Period.

I've read the "this one's different" tripe that some of you have posted, and quite frankly you only feel that way because it happened to you and even worse, with Nick Saban across the field.

I can't understand the anger aimed at Alabama and their players, who played just as hard as LSU's guys. You played a hell of a game...you've got a hell of a team.

We've been screwed before as have you. But you better understand that if you all think there is some kind of "grand conspiracy" then you better damn well have proof. Because you're talking the end of the greatest conference in college sports history. The SEC has done more for the South in the media than most of you will admit, and to be so juvenile as to propose a conspiracy of this magnitude would be ignorant at best.

Bottom line, LSU in the championship is just as valuable to the SEC as any other team in the league. The issue is league wide with officiating, NOT with Alabama, Nick Saban, or the Wizard of Oz.

Once again, great game. Y'all should be proud. Now go beat the hell out of Ole Piss and Arkansas.
There was no angle to definitively show ALL of the following required to overturn the call.

1. Julio touching the ball, while,
2. Peterson got a foot in, while,
3. Peterson controlled the ball.

Therefore, the video is inconclusive. Bottom line. It looked like a bad call, but the above is required and simply not there.

I hate contoversy as much as anyone and we've been screwed before too. This however, even if it is indeed a bad call, would not guarantee that you all would have gone 65 yards after netting 11 all quarter.

..now, that being said, let the name calling begin.

No they definitely brought it, but unlike other teams they backed their team, had fun, and stayed respectful for the most part.

That was seriously fun with you guys.

Interception or no...

I was at the game and tailgating all morning before, and let me say that LSU's traveling fans were awesome. There was more energy pre-game on both sides than I have seen in a long time in T-Town.

It's a real shame about Jefferson and Scott. Y'all have a hell of a football team and were represented well this past weekend. As far as I'm concerned I'll trade UT, Auburn, and Ole Miss fans for y'all every week of the year.

Good game. Now go kick some arse. :geauxtigers:

Dead team walking. LSU 21-Bama 13
I'm telling ya. It's not "sandbagging." This is the worst undefeated team in recent history and I'm surprised anyone here is worried about strategy.

Just show up and win.
1. Show up in Tuscaloosa.

2. Agree to kick off.

3. Win.
I think the Pass D was exposed against a very bad UT squad. I think the momentum from a decent win against a now average VT squad might have sent them forward a few weeks. Unfortunately it looks like we're coming back to planet Earth.

LSU has more than a good chance. They're going to obliterate us this week with revenge on the mind.
I never had a problem with what Saban did to the Dolphins. It's a business, and he made a business decision.

He even waited till the end of the season (see Petrino) :)
No doubt Ingram's good. Julio is awesome too but he's double and triple teamed into worthlessness. = Non factors.

OK let's look at thus critically.

1. Terrible Offensive line play.
2. Terrible QB
3. Questionable Pass Defense
4. Awful kick coverage.

Cold hard truth that Bama fans are beginning to understand.
Nothing more than calling it like it is. LSU's gonna win by three touches.
...lol yeah and my Dolphins got thrashed too.
I know it seems hokey, but there are at least five other teams much better than Alabama on the field right now.

1. Tim Tebow.
2. Texas
3. Boise
4. LSU
5. USC

Good luck after our off week....

You're not going to need it. UT showed the rest of the country that this Bama team just isn't very good.

Have fun in T-town.
