Thanks for all the insight. The plan is to do concrete piers 12-14 foot high, slab on the bottom, about 3000 sq ft. metal roof, higher than average on the niceness level. Hoping to stay somewhere around the 300-325 sq/ft price. Y'all think that's possible?

Looking to build an elevated beach home in the Bay St Louis area. Can anyone give me a current high and low cost per sq/ft for the area. Thanks!
