They have played the toughest schedule in the country to date, and are undefeated.
Somebody has to be #1.
Michigan hasn't played anyone.
Georgia schedule so far hasn't been the greatest, and they have struggled early in games vs terrible competition.

My humble opinion based on critical thinking and logic.
The market screaming higher every day after AAPL gave weak guidance tells me that a lot of this is short covering after the Fed announcement.
People have to buy the stocks & index...
