I’m just saying Kaleb Jackson is the only RB who has the potential of LF…it’s not even questionable. He’s shown that ability.

Josh looks fine when he runs and is a good pass blocker. He should get enough carries to disguise packages

True, but Diggs made some great chip blocks vs MSU that allowed Daniels time to hit receivers. Josh isn’t the only LSU RB who is good at pass blocking. Hopefully Jackson picks that up fast, because he looks a little bit like he has LF7 level potential in the run game.
Jackson is clearly the future at RB (with Durham). He needs at least half the reps this year.

You can thank Huey Long for that
Has to be Diggs. He showed a lot of patience and maturity to find the best gap wherever (and whenever) it presented. Against MSU this will be critical.

We need Nuss because we'll need to put up 50 points to win thanks to our swiss cheese Pelini defense

Agree with you vs Arkansas and other teams with great offenses, but not this one.

The point was that the coaches can’t try to keep JD in the pocket in this game or they’re neutralizing his best advantage just like they did with Perkins by moving him inside.
But they have to roll him out of the pocket with the option to run or throw. JD is most dangerous in space, and this is not the game to try to keep JD in the pocket. State will be strong on the D Line rush in the middle, but they don’t do well off the edge. Rolling JD out of the pocket will neutralize the interior pass rush.
You did an excellent job of bringing me back to re-live the season with a great balance of all the highlights and LSU media commentary. That’s hard to do.

Congratulations and thank you for such a masterful production. Will watch many more times.

still ranked higher than LSU and Tennessee.

I mean, did anyone believe beating Austin Peay or Grambling was going to change anything?
It’s a double edged sword. Teams that pay big for elite players run a much higher risk of locker room cancers when all the players know how much the others got paid, and many players are making so much money that they don’t have to fully buy in to the program because they’re making generational wealth. (See Texas A$M)

The priority can quickly become money over winning.
Think we could get Karl Dunbar away from Pittsburgh if Lindsey can’t return?

Whoever schemed Perkins out of the game last week definitely read his book about the “drop linebacker.”
Men’s basketball is a disaster after firing Wade.

Don’t lump football into that category, Kelly has a chance to bring it Back into contention
Maybe we should be hiring Ohio State DB coaches.

Kim Mulkey and Jay Johnson

National champs in year 2. Has any other program achieved this kind of success? Woodward is on a roll…

Nuss is the starting QB in 2024

How many reps does he get this year to prep him for next year?
