Worth noting a lot of the downdetector reports from other carriers (Not ATT) could be people trying to reach ATT numbers that were/are down. No issues with Verizon here in Nola....

Look up rodent excluders - relatively cheap. Solves the problem of them dying inside. Find the hole they are using, install the excluder which is basically a one way gate that lets them out but not back in. If there are multiple holes fix all but one and install the excluder on the last one....

I have run Grand Pass - and was thinking Zin Zin looked pretty clean based on satellite, but wanted to make sure as I know depths can vary a lot and quickly with the river’s influence ...

Arteryx is my recommendation. I have had a couple of their rain shells and never had an issue. Exceptionally well made and make great use of various gore Tex membranes. If you don’t find one they make in budget the precip jacket mentioned above is solid also....

Speakman Anystream 2.5 gpm. I’m less concerned with conserving water than I am with a great shower and this one fits the bill....
