Is there any way besides going to game to watch Terrebonne vs Southside

Pitching for 26 is going to be crowded

There’s 12 guys I’d say who saw significant innings in 25

1. Kade Anderson
2. Anthony Eyanson
3. Jaden Noot
4. Casan Evans
5. Chase Shores
6. Zac Cowan
7. William Schmidt
8. Maverick Rizy
9. Cooper Williams
10. Jacob Mayers
11. Connor Ware
12. DJ Primeaux

More innings aren’t going to appear, maybe the number of people used significantly can ease up to 13 or 14. These arms are definitely going to have rolls.

1. Casan Evans - Starter
2. Cooper Willaims - Probable starter
3. Deven Sheerin - He could be #3
4. Jaden Noot - not going from Sunday guy to no role
5. Maverick Rizy
6. Gavin Guidry
7. Cooper Williams
8. Zac Cowan
9. William Schmidt
10. Santiago Garcia
11. Marcos Paz
12. Danny Lachenmeyer

So that leaves these guys fighting for junk innings

1. DJ Primeaux
2. Dax Dathe
3. Ryler Smart
4. Reagan Ricken
5. Ethan Plog
6. Zion Theophilus
7. Conner Benge ( maybe udfa)
8. Grant Fontenot (maybe udfa)
9. Jonah Aase (medical redshirt)

This is absolutely incredible pitching
depth.

Players may not be quite as good on the top end, but overall I like this staff better than last years.

Don’t take Jay Johnson for granted, this is truly something special to watch have here.
That’s why I’m not a baseball coach
My best guess for a starting lineup next year as of now

CF Curiel
3B Brayden Simpson
SS Stevan Milam
RF Jake Brown
1B John Pearson
DH Zack Yorke
C Cade Arambide
2B Seth Dardar
LF Chris Stanfield

RH pinch hitters
Omar Serna
Eddie Yamin

LH pinch hitters
Tanner Reaves
Daniel Harden

If you include Larsons down year this year (injury, inconsistent abs) his career average at lsu is 289

Stanfields is 298

Larson has a whole lot more power than Stanfield.

Again Stanfield was an excellent player this year and I’m not hating on him at all.

Larson was just named an all star in the cape for a second year in a roww.

Larson could easily be a day 1 pick next year.

I’d love to have both but if I could pick one it would be Larson

No hate on stanfield at all

But Larson is a better hitter and has a higher ceiling
Yes I remember that but he did say there was some exceptions. He even said there was a player they tried to get back. Seems jay and Larson were close and he seemed like a team first player. Another player I feel like jay would welcome back is Mic Paul. I think Jay was referring more to players like entering for money in that
Any chance we see Larson back? Feel like he may have gone into the portal to see what happens with draft and transfers to give himself options. I know he’s busy playing cape ball, but havent heard any visits or rumors. He would be a big piece.

This pitching staff looks legit

Unfortunately for Purdue Fort Wayne it’s not going to get any easier, they’ll likely be greeted tomorrow by some combination of

Shores
Ware
Guidry
Schmidt
Cowan
Noot
Dorsey

We got a lot of dudes to find innings for

Ju’juan Johnson

I know it’s baseball season, but I was looking at the LSU football roster, and I noticed he was listed as a quarterback.

Does anybody know about this? Is it a typo, or has he switched over? That would be kind of interesting.
He had been here for a long time with two major injurie setbacks.

He was behind Jayden Daniels.

He was probably ready to just move on with life.

But yes he was extremely good before his injury in 2020
I mean just look at the bats you have

1 Jared Jones
2 Steven Milam
3 Daniel Dickinson
4. Ashton Larson
5. Luis Hernandez
6. Jake Brown
7. Michael Braswell
8. Josh Pearson
9. Eddie Yamin
10. Ethan Frey
11. Chris Stanfield
12 . Derek Curiel
12. Cade Arrimbide
13. Dalton Beck
14. Tanner Reaves
15. Blaise Priester

Plus a lot of young guys with talent

But these are all already believed to be SEC starting caliber players

This baseball team is stacked

Should be a really good year for LSU baseball

Theres going to be some really good bats that don’t see ABs

And some really good arms that won’t see any innings

A starting lineup is very hard to project
I want to take my brother to the game next year. I’ve never bought tickets for an away game before, should I buy them now or wait longer?
Joe Espada is so dumb.

How do you let your best reliever sit on the bench for 8 straight days
Dana said today he hopes Kyle Tucker returns within 3 weeks

At this point we need proof of life
