Looks like they are trying to increase prices with that kind of design. I guess Hyundai won't be a good value car much longer.

Look for a new job now, don't be in a rush but you are feeling the first symptoms of burnout - a micro managing boss is a big precursor.

Once burnout has set it in you are in trouble, hard to bounce back quickly. Definitely need to head that one off before it gets bad.
