We need at least 2 wins from that bunch. Not sure how good they all are to be honest, but almost losing to Bethune was something else. They lost to Miami last night by 40.

Our guard play has got to get better and we need 14 to protect the rim for 15 minutes per game. Need a healthy Murphy too.

We have a lot of guys that play below the rim. Hall feels like an NBA player from the 80's. He's going to get numbers. Murphy will too. Need our 1's, 2's and 3's to play better. Not sure what to think about Jovic yet. He looks like a 3 having to play inside. Not sure how that will work out. SWA is fun to watch. Freeman has some potential.

We have better players.

We should beat them.

I hope we don't hire Franklin. That guy just seems like a jobber. He's a huge no for me. HUGE.
Stones
Zep
Kiss
ZZ Top
Van Halen
Metallica
King's X

Defense was not good at all. I didn't see the Memphis game, but it looked almost just like the Okie game. That must improve.

Saying that....we still are going to have to beat teams in the 80's and 90's this year. We don't have a rim protector and that makes a huge difference on D. Teams are going to put up points. We are just going to have to score score score.

Our guards also must be better. 0 wasn't good last night. Overton was solid. The other 2 guards didn't do anything at all. Have to get better guard play.

Our 3 and 4 spots were very good on offense and Murphy played well. We don't have a 5 so it's going to be an interesting season to watch.

Let's hope Reggie Theus has a SWAC Championship level team there...
This is not a fluke This team is as good as we are.
Dreadful defense. Mercy. Hard to watch.

No more coaches with Arkansas HS/State ties.. Please. Let's stay clear of the Arkansas State former coaches.

Joe does great covers, but his originals are hit and miss.

This! He rips, but most of his songs are meh to me. I saw him do ZZ Top's Just Got Paid though and wow.

I love the first album...Last Command and The Headless Children. All 3 are really good metal albums.

I saw them in 2022 at the Ryman. Show was great. Cool to see those songs live.

So crazy he isn't already gone. I still think we see a few coaches get axed today.
I absolutely despise James Franklin. I can't look at his face w/o getting upset.

He's a better coach than Freeze, but that's not saying much.

I won't be able to watch him if he's hired so I'm sure that's what Auburn will do.

What a smug meh he is...he's probably our guy.
Saw them live in the early 2000's. They had no opening band. They came out to Shine On You Crazy Diamond...Weiland in a 3 piece suit.

They were amazing live. That band had some amazing musicians.

Ace wrote some great songs. He wouldn't sing lead for a while in Kiss, so he didn't sing the songs he wrote.

Cold Gin
Parasite
Coming Home
Strange Ways
Getaway

Then came Love Gun and he wrote and sang Shock Me which opened up his writing and lead vocals in the band. He had a song on Alive II (Rocket Ride)...then did by far the best Kiss solo album. He then followed that up with 3 songs on Dynasty and Unmasked.

I got to see reunited Kiss 4 times and it was magical for me.

Ace was one of a kind. RIP

Our biggest issue this year will be defense most importantly defending the rim.

We will score for sure.

We don't have a 5 on the roster outside of the JUCO kid who most likely isn't ready.

Freeman, Overton and Hall are going to be fun to watch.

OSU's guards wore us out. That one kid (Roy) is at his 6th school.

adding these stats...

Anthony Roy - 28p, 12r, 2a
Isaiah Coleman - 28p, 8r, 1a
Jaylen Curry - 23p, 4r, 4a
