Wade inherited a team with players like Sampson, Reath, Mays, and Epps already established to built off of. McMahon inherited a team with 1 player late in the recruiting cycle. I victory against a top 15 team on the road in his second year is huge. They have been competitive in almost every game which is more than I expected.
