5. What do you as the fundamental difference between an employee mindset and an entrepreneurial mindset?
6. What are the 2 most critical elements which predicate business success?

lose the carrots, yes. Rub the buck bones with mustard, not tomato, then roast. If you are putting all of the veggies and aromatics in the stock, you don't need them in the gumbo - the flavor will be there and the presentation is not as "chunky". I also like 1-2 lbs of Manda's rope sausage with ducks...Kary's jarred dark roux is the best. I quit making gumbo roux years ago. saves time tastes great, affords greater consistency. Have fun!!

LSU, since 2004, remains the winningest team among the "Power 5" conferences, i.e. teams that MATTER. The only school with more wins is Boise State (they DON"T matter)...
Maybe y'all are still "Crazy 'bout Curley"...what a great bumper sticker that was...:)
Les is still more for me!! No one can lose 25 juniors over 5 years without damage being done.
