Natural family planning. I have been with my wife for over 20 years. This has been the best thing we have ever done. For years she had no sexual desire. Threw away the bc pills and started doing this and now we can hardly keep our hands off each other at times.

Unlimited sex is not the point of marriage. If that’s all you are looking for then you will not be satisfied in a marriage.
However if you live a marriage out correctly and with respect for your wife and her cycles, practice nfp, neither the man or woman will loose interest in sex. I’ve lived marriage over 10 years now and I can testify to the huge difference nfp can make in a marriage for the better.

idk baw im willing to bet that gay couples are much more suitable/competent parents than the majority of straight parents, regardless how they like having sex
I can agree that some gay people can raise a child better than some parents who choose to not take interest or any responsibilities toward their children. But that often times leads to the child struggling with commitment or things like that due to not being wanted by their biological parents.
By being raised by two dudes or two women who think they are married is not the best place for children to grow. Any child that is not raised in the loving home of his/her biological parents is more susceptible to decreased education, poverty, drugs, crime, etc. Therefore, it is not something we as a society should push as being normal.
We should hold marriage to its high standard and get rid of no fault divorce. Make it a life long commitment again. This is best for society, communities/parishes/states/country, to thrive.

How do gays getting married have any impact on anyone’s life whatsoever outside of taxes? Like what’s an example of a societal problem caused by gays marrying?
When we allow gay “marriage” it redefines what marriage actually is. Like I said marriage is geared toward producing children and starting families to grow society in the best way possible. Gays can’t reproduce. What then happens is gay couples doing IVF or surrogacy for children. This produces children outside of the marital union and the sexual act. Then we have kids that never know their parents, and especially fathers. Fathers, biological fathers, are a huge part of who a child is. Every child deserves to come into this world to loving biological parents, mother and father, who will love and take care of them.

Marriage has been around for thousands of years, even before Christ. The Christian idea of marriage came because Christ sanctified marriage. He taught that marriage is between one man and one woman. He did this to reflect the Holy Trinity. As God is Father/Son/Holy Spirit, a community of persons in one, so goes the family one father/one mother/children.
You see The Father loves The Son and the Son loves the Father. The love They share is The Holy Spirit. Just like a human father loves his wife and his wife loves the husband, and the love they share produces the child. It’s really all about showing the world about the Holy Trinity and true, authentic love.

The point of marriage is to give yourself completely to the other person as a gift of yourself. In marriage this gift of yourself complete and holding nothing back is geared towards producing children and the raising of those children. This is why it is for men and women only, because only man and woman can produce a child.
This is what keeps society going. Everything in this culture that has been done to change this has led to societal problems and the breakdown in the family which cause more societal problems.

Any of you guys own a GMC Yukon XL? I am looking to trade in my truck for a yukon XL to better fit my family. I am looking at one that has 115K miles on it. Would only need it for 4 years before I buy something new. I typically put about 10-11K miles per year on a vehicle.
I am hearing these trucks run at least 250K miles. Any opinions on this?

Possibly taking a trip to Alabama this June. Just wondering if anyone has been fishing in Mobile Bay. I'll be looking to catch specks/reds. Can anyone tell me what to expect at that time of year? Where to fish around that area? Anything else is much appreciated.
