Yes. They are not bulletproof. In my situation, both spouses were lawyers when we entered into the prenup. Executed in front of our law partners and notarized. My ex wife treated it as a mere ornament and my weak lawyer caved. Worth it in terms of getting rid of the trash.
Kicker, she had a long affair with another law partner in her firm. He did not have a prenup. Got taken to the house.
