Mandeville/ St. Amant. It was a 7 point game and instead of Mandeville getting the ball at the 3 where it went out of bounds, they got it at the 35. Big swing of momentum.

That’s the thing, the ball was not even close to the sideline. He muffed it and the direction of the ball changed causing it to go out of bounds at the 3.

No it was not. I was under the impression the return team received the ball where it went out of bounds. However, a flag was thrown and the return team started at the 35
High School Kickoff question

Made an observation during a playoff game last night and have a question about the kickoff rule. If the returner touches the ball and him touching the ball changes the direction of the ball and causes it to go out of bounds, is it a penalty for kicking the ball out of bounds? Or should the return team get the ball at the spot where it went out bounds?

Been watching this kid play since he was in the 8th grade. He Is an extremely hard worker and makes his presence felt on every play and always finds himself around the football. He was equally as good in basketball as well. It Has been great to watch him develop over the last 4 years and he will be a great get for whichever school he decides on!
