Yeah I could if I had a place. But someone bought the property behind us and we can’t shoot anymore at the house.

So we built our house in May 2019 and our builder warranty just expired. But 2 days ago we found water under our floors in middle of living room, I have also noticed after a good rain, my driveway seeps water out from it through cracks. I have leak detection coming to see if we have a plumbing leak, but if one is not located and is not the source and it does turn out to be foundation issues with water pushing through, should the builder still be responsible for this issue? Should a lawyer get involved?

I’m currently running a 305/55 on my stock wheels which measures in width around 12.03 wide. The new tires I’m thinking of grabbing are 285/60 which is a little bit taller of a tire but the width measures to be 11.22. Do you think this will be pretty noticeable or even look silly maybe going slimmer?

My cart runs around 16mph right now. With brand new batteries.

Anyone have any experience with installing a High Speed Magnet on their club car golf cart motor to get more speed out of it? Which magnet did you buy? The cheap IQ one from Amazon or a more expensive?
