In a State with all the Hurricane losses, it's a miracle there is any insurance at all.

Note how flood insurance is foisted off on the Government $$ because Insurance Co don't want the risk.

Same with crappy drivers.

Each President has the power of appointment or nomination to select the Judges they choose. Some GOP, some Dem, some undeclared.
