He needs to answer that.

Why did he take all those documents???
Who would want the job??

Pence was loyal. Only when Trump was listening to Powell and Rudy and told Pence to do something unconstitutional did he balk. Trump has trashed him ever since. Trump is a “what have you down for me lately” guy.

Trump has been ostracized from the RNC leadership group.

After losing the Senate, Congress and the White House one can understand that.

Blaming him for not independently having the ability to simultaneously defend himself against DOJ attacks, prep to launch his presidential campaign and manage a new political party without any help is laughable.

It is laughable given his self induced troubles that people would even consider him a leader of a movement. What you call "prep to launch his presidential campaign" is actually work to fill his coffers to pay for the expenses his self induced troubles have created. Remember he is not a candidate so any money he raises has few restrictions. HIs rallies are profit centers.

Don't be so gullible. The man is stirring up his followers with talking points he knows will keep them inflamed but at the end of the day he has little political organization and little interest in anything but his own ego. Just like the leftist he is using he is abusing his rabid followers to satisfy his ego and hide his flaws.

Does the America 1st Movement advocate for more influence for Goldman Sachs on issues like trade wars and banking laws in China that were so influential in the Trump administration? Do they want more GS alumni in the White than the scores Trump had?

I want an American 1st Movement that is not full of shite.

Editorial Board finally has turned the entire journal woke

OMG telling the truth about Trump's shortcomings is not "woke".

What can be more important to conservatism than protecting it from a blowhard like Trump that has proven he cannot deliver?

Ohhh I suspect McConnell is going to give money to these candidates---they will then be McConnell candidates and not Trump candidates.

Trump has left them financially out to dry.

Forget their rhetoric when it comes to supporting McConnell they will.

(It is easy for Trump supporters to forget rhetoric after all where is the golden health care plan Trump guranteed in 2016? It never happened because Trump had not a clue about getting things done. Will there be a million people at a second Trump inauguration like Trump claimed at the first? You know BS rhetoric just like these attacks on the now financier of Senate races Mitch McConnell.)

quote:

The biggest campaign story last week wasn’t Mitch McConnell’s warning that Republicans might not retake the Senate in November. That’s been clear since the party nominated so many candidates whose main advantage was support from Donald Trump. The big story was that those candidates are now calling on Mr. McConnell to come to their rescue.

They talk about Vance and Masters and close with this

quote:

These better-call-Mitch appeals are happening at the same time Mr. Trump’s allies are attacking Mr. McConnell for telling the truth last week about GOP Senate prospects this year. The Minority Leader mentioned “candidate quality” as a factor in Senate campaigns, which is also true. Only the willfully blind can look at several of the Trump-endorsed nominees this year and claim they were the strongest candidates in the general election.

Arizona is a good example. Mr. Trump vowed to defeat the popular two-term GOP Gov. Doug Ducey if he ran for Senate because Mr. Ducey wouldn’t work to overturn Mr. Trump’s 2020 defeat in the state. Mr. Trump also trashed the capable Attorney General, Mark Brnovich, who ran and lost. The former President backed Mr. Masters, a political novice supported by financier Peter Thiel. But Mr. Trump’s support may hurt more than help in the general election, and he has been reluctant to share his financial campaign wealth with others.

Mr. Trump has shown he can help candidates win primaries with a plurality of the vote in a crowded field. What he hasn’t shown is that he can lift them to victory against Democrats in states that aren’t solidly Republican. He proved the opposite with his sabotage of the two GOP candidates in the January 2021 special elections in Georgia that cost Republicans control of the Senate.

That’s why the candidates he favors are now desperately seeking the help of Mr. McConnell, the leader Mr. Trump wants to replace.

The truth of the matter is Trump has done nothing organizationally to support those he endorses. His so called rallies are private enterprises that are not intended to raise political funds---since he is not a candidate he can do such things--pocket your money like WWE.

Trump signed the McConnell tax cuts, signed off on over 200 judges McConnell selected and signed all kind of legislation McConnell sent to his desk. His biggest accomplishments as President were organized by and sent to his desk by McConnell. Because McConnell call BS on his January 6th crap Trump now hates him. It's Trump's way every time or out the door. I suspect he really hates it now and will hate it even more if McConnell is successful in securing the Senate for republicans. One thing is for sure Trump is more about praise for himself than what is good for conservative politics everybody can see that.
getting the same warning since the OSX update Friday night.

Specifically it says:

"Safari warns when a website uses TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1. These are not secure." or something to that effect. I would not like me copy and paste.

It is part of that OSX security upgrade Friday IMHO.
It would be insanity to borrow on your credit cards or against your 401K for anything short of a family health emergency.

Careful with a lot of debt on resort properties---they get hammered in recessions. I stayed in a bay front house on Cape San Blas in 07 and it was for sale for $800K at the time. It sold two years latter for $300K as the owner was over his head in debt and his rental income went to crap. Now I suspect the house might sell for $800k so for 15 years it has done nothing in terms of value.
Picked up quite a few this weekend. Now have three feeders up. I swear last year for a couple of weeks in late September and early October I believe I had 50. I suspect we have 10 or 12 now.
There are no white rich people with influence in New Orleans politics that are not among the LaToya supporters.

I have always been amazed how much those rich white New Orleans society people think of themselves and how little they actually are outside a few city blocks uptown or lake view.

With only a relatively few exceptions the monied white people in New Orleans got their money through political connections of some sort. The exceptions being people like the food industry entrepreneurs and such. For example, there are no big bankers or big industrialists or big petrochemical leaders in the city anymore.

Being a Jesuit grad doesn’t mean shite outside the circle of Jesuit grads.
I bush hogged half of mine last week with it wet. I got a few doves coming. Thousands of pounds of seed on the ground because the millet really yielded a lot.

I would like to lower my bush hog as low as possible and hit it again but this rain is killing me. I have only had two days without rain over the last thirty.
Rick Perry would not Calls Trump a "cancer on conservatism"

Has there ever been a former President that lost the respect of so many of his own cabinet members??

Is it an important trait in a President to be able to assemble a qualified team and then work with that team??
Maybe Omarosa is back in Trump's good graces. It was the traitor Kelly that fired her.
She and those that voted for her have what they want in New Orleans. They tolerate the white liberals but would like to see them leave too.

Competence is not a priority for the people of New Orleans.

DeVos wanted to invoke the 25th amendment on January 7th and Pence would not go along so she resigned.
He had huge turn over. Who do you think would serve again?

What about other former senior White House folks?

Who among his senior advisors? Hill? Giuliani? Powell?

Would Lindell be a part of his administration?
These guys are very helpful on pine and hardwood seedlings. Arborgen

If I buy any trees—pine or hardwood—I am going with them.
I have—he cruised it. Said it should be clear cut since it was mature stand and then said find something else to do with it—trees suck. I agree.

He is an old guy that owns trees too. Tree owners have a significantly different view than non owner industry participants.

There just aren’t enough markets close to me and there are thousands of acres of timber. I know lots of landowners—some most here would call large land owners—and to a man none will ever have a 20 year old tree on their place again and all say if their current trees don’t pay they are finished with timber.
One good friend of mine has 5000 acres of trees in South Georgia and he lost over a million dollars in trees during Michael. He is planting pecans as he sells timber now and is only replanting pine on his worse ground that has no other use. He is clear cutting as trees reach chip and saw—which is very fast in his area. He said in his lifetime he will never profit enough from his trees to replace the $1 million
I haven’t cut my dish tv off yet at the farm and it currently is not getting a signal but m starlink is working fine.
