Have some friends that quit and I ask how it was and their reply is I think about beating my wife every single day. Others say it’s rough but mainly a mind game but they still crave it. Definitely changes your mood while quitting. But give it hell. ...

I’m kind of in the same boat. Been dipping for years. Started thinking about quitting recently. I’m now dipping a can a day sometimes a can and a half a day, depending on what I’m doing. I usually don’t keep a dip in long but will throw another in as soon as I get the itch. Plus I buy it by the roll...
