What is your basis for saying “ Also, many of this school's students have their own health problems, which is one of the primary reasons the kids are enrolled in this school”?
I don’t believe that is the driving force for enrollment. My kids have been enrolled in UVA for 4+ years and everyone is completely healthy. My wife has also taught there and I can say that her students were not predominantly immuno-compromised.
It’s probably a “follow the money” situation whereby the mandate has to be executed prior to the end of the school year. Unfortunately, the timing coincides with annual test prep and taking.

Yes. It is a virtual school. They do in person field trips periodically and teachers will be required to report to the office on occasion (I.e. once a week). The details of how the policy was rolled out is what’s to notice here.
