Check out some North Georgia Fly Fishing
That's awesome, i'd still put money on the toot. Even though there's plenty of black bears around theyre very uncommon to see unless their the trash bears coming into town each night.
Looks like the Toot
Upper Mountaintown Creek, Noontootla Creek, Upper Chattahoochee, Upper Dicks Creek, Rock Creek, and Fightingtown Creek all have good wild trout populations that will do great on a 3wt.

Wolf Mountain is an awesome spot. There are a few more vineyards in that area as well. A couple of which you can find some trout on.
There are a ton of options in Georgia compared to Arkansas. You can either float or wade a bigger river in AR. In North GA you can find fish in 3' mountain creeks or in tailwaters.
If you know what you are doing with a streamer, AR is unbeatable for browns. GA can offer a little more nuance with much better scenery.
